MEET PARIS

Paris Lawson is a seasoned sports broadcaster whose journey began on the basketball court at Belmont University in her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee. As a point guard for the Bruins, she overcame three ACL injuries during her collegiate career—turning adversity into opportunity by stepping behind the mic while sidelined.

Paris quickly found her voice in broadcasting, freelancing as a sideline reporter for ESPN+ where she covered Belmont athletics, Nashville SC soccer matches, and the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament for WKRN News 2.

In 2019, she made the leap to the NBA, joining the Oklahoma City Thunder as a Digital Content Reporter. Paris made her NBA sideline debut in August 2020 and has since become a key member of the Thunder broadcast team. She currently serves as the pregame and postgame studio host for Thunder broadcasts on FanDuel Sports Network and co-hosts the team’s official podcast.
